Is consciousness creates our reality?

 Human consciousness is fundamental in our reality, because with the help of consciousness we experience what our reality is. But it is true that our consciousness creates our reality?

    We all know that all the things we saw, we feel, we hear, we use are made up of atoms. Everything in our universe is made of atoms. atoms are made by subatomic particles like protons, neutrons, electrons. Quantum physics states that all electrons in atoms are present around the nucleus as electron clouds rather than a particle. That electrons shows properties of both particles and waves. This property confirmed by double slit experiment. In double slit experiment when electrons passed through double slit without an observer it shows multiple wave pattern instead of showing only 2 beam of light. When it passed through double slit with an observer it shows only 2 beams of light.

     With this experiment, we can see without an observer electrons shows wave pattern and with an observer it shows particle pattern. So without an observer electrons are in wave form and with an observer they are in particle form. So that by observing through our consciousness, we only giving it a particle form (physical form).

     Our physical reality is made up of atoms, so if we can change our mind and concentrating on what we want we can create whatever we want in our physical reality. Our mind has all the potential to create our desired reality. Even some of undesired reality for many of us are created by ourself. Because we always focus on what we dont want than what we want. When you shift your consciousness from what you dont want to what you want your reality shifts in your favour.

  Always be aware of what you think, what you hear, what you feel, what you see, and shift your mindset to your desire, your reality will shift according to your desire.
